Our Rail Freight Service Process
Inquiry & Booking
Provide the cargo description, HS code, number of packages, weight, dimensions, and shipper and consignee details. We confirm the quotation and arrange FCL or LCL booking.
Pickup & Consolidation
Cargo is collected from your facility or delivered to our warehouse, then weighed, measured, packaged, labeled, and loaded into the container.
Export Customs Declaration
We prepare the invoice, packing list, contract, and transport documents, submit the electronic declaration, obtain customs release, and dispatch the train.
Border Transit
At Manzhouli or Khorgos, the shipment completes transit procedures, transloading or gauge transfer, and expedited customs clearance before entering the Russian rail network.
Customs Clearance in Russia
Upon arrival, we arrange document exchange, submit Russian-language documentation, complete document review and duty assessment, pay applicable taxes, coordinate inspection, and obtain release.
Final Delivery
After customs clearance, the container is collected and delivered to Moscow or destinations throughout Russia. Customer pickup is also available.
